Free Trial

Braidwell offers a free 3-day trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.

At the end of the 3-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Subscription Fees

After the free trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly at £4.99 per month unless cancelled.

Payments are charged in advance on a recurring monthly basis using your selected payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the platform where you purchased your subscription.

When you cancel:

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have full access to Braidwell until that period expires.
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

No Refunds

Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable.

This means:

- No refunds will be provided for unused time remaining in a subscription period.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds are provided after a payment has been processed.
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges only.

Immediate Access to Digital Services

By starting your free trial or purchasing a subscription, you expressly request immediate access to Braidwell’s digital services.

You acknowledge that once access to the digital content and services has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Changes to Subscription Pricing

Braidwell reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.
