Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days (48hrs).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes).

3. Shipping Areas

We ship to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £40 (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delays and Missing Deliveries

Missing parcels must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at helpdesk@mybraidinghair.co.uk before the 14-day period ends.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for items that are:

-Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

-In their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods, intimate items, or custom/personalised products (unless faulty).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at helpdesk@mybraidinghair.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

We will provide instructions on where and how to send your return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure safe return.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
